Support Service Design manager in implementing service design processes primarily Capacity management, Availability management, Service level management, Design coordination, Planning and implementing new or changed services, IT service continuity management etc.



Monitor and track implementation and own related automation initiatives and ensure closure

Coordinate capacity, continuity and availability management activities with various towers and their respective controllers, such as forecasting reports generation, testing, process reports, related incidents analysis and identification of improvement areas etc.



Identification and undertaking of improvement programs to improve design activities across NSS

Service Design Reporting and Architecture



Profile

a. Must have 4-5 years of experience out of which 2 years as a TL and minimum 2 years in the relevant field



Must have a good knowledge of Service design processes, ITIL foundation certification is mandatory, intermediate certification in service design is an added advantage



Must have handled a team

Must be a good communicator and must have a ability to negotiate
