Job Description

Assistant Manager-internal Communication
Minimum6 to 8 years relevant experience in internal communications, having served in a leadership role among big corporations or MNCs, including planning and playing a key role in designing and execution of multidimensional internal communication programs.
Recognized experience in working on employee engagement campaigns and working closely with enabling teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events
Comfortable working closely with senior leaders regarding the strategic impact and value of Communications
Well versed with social and online media
Highly proficient in American English
Demonstrated team spirit
Mature, flexible, innovative thinks outside the box
Project management skills and experience
Excellent relationship-building skills
Should have exposure in measuring the effectiveness of communications strategies and approaches
Degree(Masters preferred) in Communications, Business, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or English would be an added advantage
