Job Description

Job Details:
Liaise with various agencies for day to day Communication work.
Liaising with company head quarter at Singapore to understand and corroborate the objectives set out.
Conceptualize, Plan & execute quarterly encircle campaign as per planned schedules
Vendor Management
Internal Communication: Handling two newsletters of the company individually
Organizing various promotional activities, seminars and workshops across the country and driving positive brand positioning.
Managing projects/ events and handling temporary teams in co-ordination with various departments.
Publishing Internal Newsletter to create awareness within the organization about the ongoing activities.
Participating in various exhibitions and highlighting the companys presence at national level.
Managing various exhibitions.
Calculation of Return on Investment.

Knowledge & Experience:
At least 7-8 years of work experience in marketing / communications.
Should have a good understanding on Customer Experience , Database Management, Campaign Management & Agency Management .

Any other skills required:
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Effective research and writing skills
Initiative, eye for details and a team player
Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people
Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
Experience in collateral production, marketing, and project management are an advantage
Computer skills with proficient in MS Office applications.
