Assistant Manager - Mindspark

In the 21st century, we are rapidly moving towards greater accessibility and integration of technology-driven learning. The benefits of the internet are no longer the prerogative of affluent people. But this increased availability of information and communication has not led to a proportional betterment of education standards via this medium. That is because there is a key difference between giving information and ensuring that students learn.

We believe that the role of technology is to create an efficient learning process through adaptivity to meet the varied needs of students. Technology can enhance classroom teaching via data collection and skill mapping in online teaching. It can play a vital role in engaging students through one-on-one visual interactivity that is otherwise difficult to facilitate.

This is exactly what Mindspark is geared to do, via its cloud-based Math learning network. Mindspark is today revolutionizing the way Maths is taught and learnt. For the last 5 years, it has been helping over a lakh students from more than 200 schools across the country. We have students accessing Mindspark day in and day out, we are getting over 5 lakh student responses every day.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with various stakeholders including senior managers, educational specialists, developers, designers, academic support, etc. to guide the product and its features from conceptualization to implementation
  • Lead a team of Educational Specialists to enhance the existing product and features to ensure customers have a world class experience
  • Define product vision and strategy (in collaboration with our Director and senior managers)
  • Keep ears and eyes open for insight and feedback from students, teachers, parents, partners, etc. and building the roadmap
  • Work with other teams like IT, Support, Marketing, etc. to understand the requirements and determine the implementation plan
  • Own the product feature life cycle from requirements gathering through implementation and feedback
  • Support the recruitment process to find highly motivated and right candidates
