Job Description

The key services ASC team delivers include contract assessment, documentation support, financial analysis (Base Case & Business Case), and working on client engagements to support the global advisory team on IT and BPO outsourcing transactions.

Major responsibilities may involve some or all of the below mentioned areas:

Experience with participating in RFP sales or solutions cycle (feasibility and business case, RFP, vendor selection, contracting support, SLAs, transition)
Strong financial skills such that the person can Independently handling task and request related to
o Financial Analysis and Planning base case, business case
o Pricing
Exposure to Service Level methodologies, measurements and ability to highlight pro/con of particular SLA over the other to senior management
Ability to understand contracts and summarize them or extract key terms from the same
Provide other ASC offerings to global consulting community or clients
Manage independently or work as part of small team to work on requests relating to Contract Interpretation, Summarization and Administration

Attributes / Skills sought:

Good analytical skills with hands on exposure to financial analysis and financial concepts
Well conversant with MS Office (word, power point, access, excel advanced skills)
Communication Skills Ability to lead or participate client meetings or internal projects
Good inter-personal skills with an ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and team.
The incumbent must have an ability and orientation to work from simple to complex documents with high degree of quality and accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision

Minimum Education and Experience:

Educational Qualification Post graduates/ preferably with a business degree with a specialization in Finance etc.
4-5/6 years of relevant work experience.
Broader client/project/industry experience preferred
Exposure to unknown or uncertain environment/client situation preferred
Prior experience in BPO or IT industry preferred esp. in a pre-sales or Solutioning role
Should have either worked in or have skills to work in a cross-cultural external client facing scenario.
