Valuation of the real estate properties using three valuation approaches such as Income approach (direct cap and DCF methods), sales comparison method, cost approach
o Analysis of rent rolls and property cash flow
o Lease abstracts
o Market Research
Managing risk and practice management
Performing due diligence that leads to insight
Should be MBA-Finance (2008 to 2011 pass outs) and good experience of 4-5 years into real estate valuation.
Qualified CAs with 2.5 months-5 years of relevant post qualification experience.
Incumbent with experience into property, Infrastructure, Immovable property and real estate valuation
Should have minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
Have strong knowledge of valuation approaches such as Income approach (direct cap and DCF methods), sales comparison method and cost approach.
Good knowledge of Valuation of the properties located in US and Europe.
Have Knowledge of research databases such as Loopnet, REIS, RCA (real capital analytics), CoStar, CBRE, JLL, C&W and etc.
Proficient with other MS office tools Word and PowerPoint and report writing as well.
