Facility upkeep.
Liasoning with local authorities
Repair maintenance and maintain up time of the offices under Zone
Budget Preparation / MIS reviews and controls
Vendor Management and bill processing
Knowledge of safety , security , transport and cafeteria management
Should have a knowledge of opening the new office including real estate
Regular co-ordination with Branch / Zonal Manger and Facility Head
To Manage project related activities
Must be Proficient with SAP
