Candidate currently working as Training Manager in a bpo with travel process experience ,Training Need Analysis & Planning,Content Development,Training Delivery & Facilitation.
Training Partner Management,Post Training Effectiveness Evaluation.
8-13 yrs of total work experience with training with the BPO industry.
Exposure to systems, policies and practices of the Training & Development function with previous organizations would be a plus,Training initiatives to bring cost/ TAT reduction.
