Identify potential customers and develop a business development plan to reach them
Generate Leads through professional network and market intelligence
Work closely with the Senior Management team to ensure successful closure of land lease / business transactions
Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning the allocated team members; following up on work results.
Play a key role in the negotiation process and all other related activities towards signing of definitive agreement for the transactions (incl. legal interface)
Relationship management & improving network with potential key clients/tenants, trade associations, manufacturing bodies etc locally and internationally
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the team; projecting expected sales volume and revenue.
Provide periodic sales updates / MIS on the Business development activities
Maintain sales staff job results by guiding; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Preparing and coordinating pre-feasibility studies (if required)
Monitoring the market trends and the development in the SEZ sector
Identifying and leading participation in conferences, exhibitions and trade fairs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
