Job Description

Business: The AGM's primary responsibility will include developing and managing the company's Realty business in West India / PAN India.

- Manage Commercial and Retail transactions as well as land transaction. This will involve liaising as well as outright transactions

- Visiting Corporate, institutions, retailers for generating demand.

- Corporate Marketing - to tap corporate client for generating bulk deals.

- He/She has to define and achieve targets for the region

- Driving and monitoring Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Operations

- Developing relationships with Builders and brokers to ensure tap supply.

- Develop and maintain client relationship, enable smooth co-ordination to ensure efficient and effective customer service.

- Negotiation/Deal finalization & monitoring day today activity for ensuring proper documentation related to deal.

- Look after collection & receivable management.

- Recruitment of key team members and ensuing optimal team strength.

- Monitoring and ensuring optimal productivity per individual

- Monitoring and maintaining information systems

- Auditing sales calls to ensure quality management.

- Recruits along with HR & ensures non-performers are weeded out

- Manages relations with the Marketing team to ensure enough leads, generates own leads through the team & also ensures leads through references

- Define the Training Drill, Content and ensure delivery and also define the audit mechanism.

Eligibility :

- Should be an MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing\ Finance with an inclination towards sales

- Should be presentable and in the age group of 35-37 years

- Should have 8-12 years of work experience

- Candidates from (real estate commercial / hospitality background) would be preferred
