Purpose : This position is the leader of a selling Team comprised of Territory Representatives and Specialists. This leader is accountable for achieving the area sales and profitability goals. This role provides direction and leadership to the field Staff while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share in the respective territory.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales target for you
territories - projecting expected sales volume , growth and make it profit making centre.
2. Provides quality leadership for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
3. To appoint new dealer and sub dealer network in your territory.
4. To develop long term relationship with dealers through managing and interpreting
5. To strictly control over critical outstanding in the market and maintain the same.
6. To prepare report in terms of MIS of sales and present before the management.
7. To supervise and work on after sales support services and providing technical
Support as required.
8. To coordinate with team and develop to achieve sales target.
9. Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
10. Any other assignment allotted to you from time to time.
