Over all in charge of sales of Residential Apartments/Villa Plots/Villas and High Value Homes
Manage, Motivate and Nurture team members
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new customers.
Maximize Sales conversions - Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets
with overall responsibility of ROI and exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference & drive volumes.
Responsible for meeting sales targets through sales team month on month.
Develop Channel Partners (Brokers / Consultants).
Channel Development: Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners. Guide & train partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets
Build and develop an in-house Sales force to drive set targets.
Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining
relationships with Customers to achieve repeat / referral business.
Take part in Sale Negotiations & closure.
Manage Sales Analytics Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
Generate Report on sales pipeline to top management on daily/weekly and monthly basis.
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and monitor progress against targets Competitor analysis & market intelligence
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Keep up to date with products and competitors
Help CRM team in Collections
