Job Description

- Taking care of Inbound and outbound sales process. Drive efficiencies through tech and non tech innovations. Handling a floor of 1500+ agents

- Coordination with the internal stakeholders

- 360 degree management through constant communication

- Identify potential points of failure and build strong processes to anticipate failures before hand

- Strong process management skills

- Effective organizer and task master

- Managing a team for 2-4 Managers to drive the Business Development process

- Identify opportunity for effectively manage costs without losing sight on human capital management

- Continually update self knowledge on competition activities, industry news & business insights

Desired Profile:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development and Operations in domestic and international call centre.

- Experience with eCommerce/Retail/BPO

- Preferably MBA in Operations.

- Strong experience in inbound / Outbound Sales in domestic call centre.

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

- Well Versed with quality methodologies
