Provide technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.
Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
Lead the whole sales team towards achievement of the organizational goal as well as monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales target,
Develop & setup distribution (Dealer) channel, maintenance and monitoring dealers on regular basis.
Develop and implement a distinctive business strategy to improve current business status, business plan for companys long-term sustainability and short-term quantitative/ qualitative achievement.
Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales, marketing & work to improve sales skill and product knowledge for whole sales team.
Establish and adjust selling price by monitoring costs, competition, supply & demand.
Design, implement, and facilitate annual sales and marketing plan
Recommendation to strategic plan and review, preparing and completing the effective action plan for the sales & marketing department.
Education: BS/MS in Animal Husbandry/DVM/M A in Business or related field.
