JOB OBJECTIVE, in order of your priorities
To help position the (Company) consumer brand in the desired space with a PR strategy and execution plan (Strategy to Execution is a 30:70 ratio)
To develop and maintain internal brand-led communication with different entities within the organization
Create and execute the strategic plan for all PR-led initiatives, including goal-setting and problem/opportunity analysis and execution
Manage all internal communications with respect to the brand and liaison with key HoDs on the same
Help retain and manage an external PR agency for all critical, large-scale projects, and ensure timely sand satisfactory deliverables (as outlined form time-to-time)
Develop a strong relationship with the media fraternity on a one-to-one basis, wherever required
Working closely with (Marketing) team members, especially wrt events & promotions, to maximize PR opportunity.
Any other marketing/ PR responsibility that may be deemed fit from time-to-time.
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/s:
Minimum graduate, Post graduation in Communication/ PR/
Management preferred and treated as a plus.
ANY SPECIFIC EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Relevant experience - Atleast 15 years (with a mix of Media / Digital / Ecommerce companies)
Exceptional communication skills with a good understanding of the youth/ entertainment business.
Should have handled large corporate assignments and preferable exposure on digital / entertainment industry.
Should have worked or be on the clients side with any one of the large PR firm.
