Job Description


The role is responsible for driving business results by understanding and meeting workforce planning needs and developing and implementing strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates and manage a team to meet business requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools

This role reports to the Head Hr and designs and implements talent acquisition solutions that help to enhance our clients competitive positioning in their respective area of business.

This role also has responsibility of the Executive/Leadership recruiting function.


Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs

Interpret internal employment demands and translate them into timely, results-driven action items

Develop and implement recruitment programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning

Monitor progress of requisition approval process and close requisitions

Ensure recruitment systems and other recruitment related technologies are meeting the needs of the business, and ensure the recruitment team is disciplined in their day to day use of recruiting technology based on Corporate standards

Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels and serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education

Manage the departments budget to control for cost-per-hire and maximize the value of the teams investments

Oversee the plan, design, and coordination of large scale recruitment events like career days and job fair, including support through localized print, direct mail, and media-based recruitment campaigns

Design and implement campus and community recruitment programs and build a strong rapport with partners in the assigned region

Evaluate a campaign's value based upon its cost effectiveness and ability to attract top-level candidates

Conduct 90-day follow-up surveys for new hires

Drive recruiting metrics to ensure candidate pipeline is sufficient to hit hiring targets

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong oral and written English communication skills

High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential

Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities


MBA in Human Resources preferably from top tier business schools in India/abroad
