To Head Plant HR including Industrial Relations, Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition and Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Benefits/Compensation Administration, Competency Building through Training & Development initiatives, Organization Design, OD Initiatives, Driving improvements, HR Policy framing and implementation, Legal Compliance, Union Negotiation, Government Liasoning, Internal communication, Facility management, General Administration and Contracts Management.
Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by the workers.
Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment in the Plant.
To handle strikes and lockouts.
Liasoning with Govt Authorities.
An Ideal candidate should be around age of 40-45 years having strong and Core Exposure in Plant HR with expertise in:
HR systems, Processes and Practices.
Handling of Union & wage settlement.
Implementation of new HR / IR initiatives.
Settling Labor Issues/disputes.
