Designation Agm/dgm - Training Manager( Capital Market/ Banking)
Job Description 10 years Industry experience in Capital Markets, working in a BPO environment would be favourable
5 to 6 years experience in training and managing training programs
Adequate experience in employee development and professional training
Exposure and experience in preparing annual training plans and budgets
Expertise in delivering and evaluating training programs
Content creation and evaluation for training programs including e-learning modules
Worked in a cross cultural environment and should be flexible for travel to deliver training programs
This position is responsible for managing the training function and delivering Capital Markets/Banking training for process executives. Should be able to create training plans covering all requirements for Operations and coordinate with external /Internal trainers
This position will provide domain training, training calendar, employee enrichment for all process executives.
The position would be responsible for ensuring that process executives develop proficiency as required by operations.

Desired Profile Key tasks & Responsibilities

Duties will include:

Drive Learning & Development programs
Develop, plan and execute training programmes to ensure quality training
Liaise with various universities, institutions and organizations for training programs and certifications
Come up with annual training budget along with training calendar and meet targets

Administration and Oversight
Oversee all training programs and program manage the trainings
Co-ordinate and plan with trainers (internal and external) for conduction training sessions
Reporting status of training programs on a monthly basis

Training Programs
Conduct Capital Market training benchmarked with industry standards

Professional Development
Identify domain and professional skills related learning and development needs for staff
Facilitate and be part of regular meetings with delivery heads and function heads to identify specific training needs
