Job Description

Drive the execution of HR initiatives, in the areas of organizational effectiveness, staffing, learning, performance management, employment practices and HR communications.
Streamlining and re-defining HR Policies and processes for a diverse employee base across plant.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Productivity Management
Expert of HR process executions.
Drive learning culture to improve productivity.
Change Management
Strong in HR MIS.
Improve employee connect.
Drive Rewards & Recognition.
Training and Development.

Should have knowledge of all HR elements staffing, compensation and benefits, Learning and development, relationship management, employee engagement, Performance Management System.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding.
Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and objectives while maintaining a high level of output.
Demonstrated ability to be a credible advocate of HR policies and practices with individuals throughout the organization, across different businesses.
Proven experience of driving HR Department within a large scale organization.
Preference would be given to Candidates from Auto Industry.
