1. To ensure that COS is as per AOP
2. To ensure that menus are planned w.r.t. cost and selling price, to arrive at optimum portfolio.
3. To prepare promotion/offers feasibility studies as required
4. To compile revenue reports showing when controls are effective or highlighting discrepancies and recommend appropriate corrective action
5. To analyse sales by period, day part and menu items.
6. To ensure that standard recipes and their costs are updated at all time.
7. To ensure that the prices entered in POS are correct and updated when necessary
8. To provide Strategic Support to new stores in driving Sales and profitability
9. To carry out regular training/coaching sessions to ensure that staff are performing their duties correctly
10. To carry out regular performance appraisals of the team, identifying areas of development and training needs and ensuring that this training is effective
