Job Description

Experience in - Fund Sourcing (Equity & Debt) / Fund Management / Business Modeling / Valuation Analysis / Credit Ratings / Handling of due diligences / Structuring and negotiating Financial /Fund raising transactions / Securing/Sourcing the funds for the Projects / Equity Restructuring / Cost Planning & Budgetary Control / Strategic & Tactical Planning.

1- Perform comprehensive financial analysis of companys current financials with the development of projects, financing and re-financing of projects, effective & efficient use of funds, spot cost control opportunities and cycle time reduction to arrange finance.

2- Funds/ Resource Mobilization through innovative instruments, IPOS, GDRS/ADRS, Raised Loans etc.

3- Establish relations with banks and lending Institutions, Government and funding Agencies-India and Abroad.

4- Management of Finance Function, Financial Planning, Financial Policies, Treasury Management & Forex Operations, Risk Assessment & Management, BPR, Structural and Strategic Investments.

5- Working Capital/ Liquidity Management, Maintaining Receivables and Inventories at low-levels.

6- Finalisation of accounts

7- Preparation of Profit & Loss A/C, Balance Sheet & Consolidation of accounts

8- Preparing budget of the project to be undertaken by the organization after analyzing
the various points

9- Preparing Purchase Systems, Inventory Management Systems, Contract Management
Systems, Internal Control Systems, Costing & MIS systems, Cash Flow Management

10- Preparing of MIS like monthly projected cash flow, cash flow variance analysis,
monthly balance Sheet, monthly Profit & Loss A/C, Purchase Report, Sales Report,
Debtors Analysis, Allocation of various common costs to the various projects
undertaken by the company.

Proficiency in spearheading Business Valuation, Merger & Acquisition, and Corporate Re-structuring projects encompassing development of strategy, solicitation of interest, business valuation, financial analysis, due diligence and negotiation.
A keen analyst with exceptional negotiation & relationship management skills and abilities in liaising with banks, financial institutions, regulatory authorities and other external agencies
A strategic planner with proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through financial management, cost reductions, and productivity improvements.
An Out-of-the-Box thinker with distinguished abilities in providing tactical business solutions, developing business continuity plans, procedures, service standards for business excellence.
Recognized as a person with distinctive experience in spearheading projects, reengineering business processes, defining continuous improvement processes.

Computer Knowledge
Should have working knowledge in SAP Environment.
