Lead the department in formulation of strategy and business plan and preparation of budget for the vertical in coordination with senior team members of the vertical Review, assess and recommend enhancements to the current Sales strategy on a periodical basis Finalisation of annual target in consultation with management and further broken in half yearly and quarterly targets for review on a periodic basis with the team members to understand the mitigations and guide the way forward and recommend correction if required.
Review business plan for the vertical periodically in coordination with key department heads and aligning the same with the corporate business plan To analysis internal environment by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the vertical in the process of analyzing the prospects of the vertical To analysis external environment by identifying new opportunities in the market and threats from competitors in the process of analyzing the prospects of the vertical.
To develop & implement strategy to reach and attract HNI & NRI clients across the global. To develop strategy on offices on other cities (Domestic & international) To periodically assess the performance of the vertical and take corrective measures in case of any deviation New sales strategy to achieve the planned target / budget To lead and guide the team in the direction as envisaged for the vertical Ensure dissemination of information in the vertical and to drive down TVH objectives, plans, policies, rules and regulations.
To build strong brand image in the market as well as in the society by ensuring highest standards of quality in the work executed. To ensure collections are made as per schedule and achieve target as per the budget. Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the vertical and ensuring constant streams of income in line with the strategic plan by taking necessary business development initiatives for securing profitable projects
To conduct feasibility analysis for the project with the help of in house expert team in all aspects of price fixing, concepts, marketing & brand building activities To build strong credentials in the vertical by forming joint ventures or other means (as required) Review feasibility reports submitted to the consultants appointed for carrying out various feasibility analysis Minimum / Maximum target is fixed to team leader and individual in a scientific and realistic manner. To ensure KRAs are clearly briefed to all team member from the day of start. Close monitoring of performance of all team members and motivate them as and when required.
All customers related agreements and documents which are prepared, executed are maintained in a proper manner in co-ordination with concerned departments. Co-ordination with customers, bank, loan providing agency for sanction of required loans Liaise with government authorities as and when required for the purpose of business development.
