8+ years of experience including combined business continuity, disaster recovery, project management, business analysis, team leadership and IT
Extensive knowledge of business continuity principles, strategies and best practices with practical experience in developing and maintaining business continuity plans, conducting business impact assessments, and organizing and overseeing business continuity exercises
Identify metrics, SLAs, dashboard reporting, and customer service feedback and improvement process as it relates to the BCM program.
Performance reporting to senior level management experience required
Effective time management skills, highly organized and process oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create collaborative business relationships.
Experience facilitating work groups and strong coordination
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Knowledge and experience in preparing and delivering training materials to various levels of staff
