1] New client acquisition through CA partners/connectors to increase sales of our products i.e. SME Working Capital Loan & SME Mortgage Loan(Loan against Property).
2] Empanelment of new CA partners/connectors for getting aggressive leads.
3] Maintain Client relationships for the cases sourced by him and ensure implementation of Sales Management Process.
4] To manage cross sell of third party products to the clients sourced by him.
5] To minimize early delinquencies by being in constant touch with the customer post loan disbursal and work towards resolving all his queries.
6] Ensure that the documents required before the disbursement of the loan are complete and all the customer/ potential customer queries are resolved
7] Post the disbursement of the loan it has to be ensured that all the documents required by the organization are collected as per the TAT
