* Ensuring all technical problems are solved with their root cause analysis in co-ordination with dealership team.
* Ensuring dealership viability in terms of service business.
* Ensuring achievement of business parameters as per annual business plan.
* Monitoring Vital Few parameters on a daily basis from Dealer management system, reviewing team on improvement and finalizing action plans on improvement.
* Responsible for system adherence at the dealership as per process circulars.
* Responsible for warranty systems adherence at dealer points.
* Responsible for manpower training & development in assigned territory and championing training parameter for complete area office.
* Ensuring completion of field activities as per plan.
