Job Description

Coordinate Provide necessary technical information and guidance support to dealer technical team to provide early solutions to technical problems.
Continuously monitor warranty and technical issues for quick resolution in coordination with Head office
Technical analysis of warranty claims and providing information to MTI
Coordination with team foe ensuring successful implementation of services measures
Develop & implement strategy/concepts for strengthening customer engagement
Maintain repair practices and recommend use of right tools / equipment
Make sure the spares availability at any moment with dealer
Responsible parts campaign
Customer education of benefits of genuine parts.
