Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Drive sales results in Assigned area.
- Develop and implement an effective sales organization that is primarily responsible for direct sales and secondly for channel partner development.
- Create and standardize monthly/quarterly sales plans and territory forecasts and performance reports.
- Define set of metrics to track, analyze and evaluate sales performance of our Field Sales team.
- Train and mentor the sales team and drive them to achieve their targets.
- Continuously improve sales team performance through defining and refining best practices.
- Be available to travel frequently to territories to support field sales officers.
- Coordinate with marketing department to ensure the sales team has required materials and information to promote the company's products and services.
