Primary Job Role: Highly skilled relationship seller. Manage a Team of 12- 15 ARMs sourcing New to Bank business and Multiple Branches. Manages large value customers. Profiles and Cross sells extensively, to acquired clients to meet needs and there by contribute to branch and bank goals.
Detailed job responsibilities:
Is responsible for achieving the allocated targets pertaining to CA & Trade & FX through his Team,.
Guides and Mentors the team members to acquire 6-8 clients per ARM per month of minimum average size of Rs 2 lacs per account and 40000 revenue per month through trade /foreign exchange and cross-sell of Third Party Wealth products ( Life and Non-Life insurance & Mutual Funds)
Manage portfolio of acquired customers, relationship building, value chain evaluation and deepening of relationships on CA & TFX
Profiling clients which further aid in cross selling of other bank products and services.
Initiates identification and development of new business segments and geographical areas to generate business opportunities.
Ensures adherence processes and policies and daily activity goals assigned.
Understands customer requirements and advises them objectively
Train and share knowledge with his team members on all products and processes
Reports to : Area Head Emerging Corporates
Proactively guides and advises customers regarding the ever changing trends in financial markets.
Works in close co-ordination with the service manager in delivering superior service and building long-term relationships.
Does continuous bench marking against competition
Ensures effective client retention by utilizing all available support services.
Primary Job Requirements
Education : Post-Graduate Preferably an MBA
Experience: Minimum 4 - 5 yrs. of Sales and Team Management experience in the banking industry
Skills : Self Starter ,Skilled Seller ,understanding of financial markets and economic trends, excellent interpersonal skills, Basic knowledge of International Trade and processes
Internal: Works in close co-ordination with the preferred service team and other functions of the bank.
External: Maintaining highly satisfactory relationships with clients and a Well performing, happy and productive team
Qualitative: - Acquires and Maintains a highly remunerative and satisfied clientele.
Quantitative: - Meets / exceeds targets allocated as regards new client, meets /exceed targets as regards balance sheet and fee Income.
