Job Description

Experience : 4+ years

Roles and responsibilities:

1.Responsible for Business Development & Revenue in Mumbai region-Product like Currency, Commodity, Derivative & Equity, distribution products

2.Handling Sales Teams, Branch managers team & Franchises

3.Making Marketing Strategies for Business & Sales Teams

4.Ensure smooth functioning follow in line with compliance

5.Monitoring branch turnover limits/commodity limits/mark to market of branches & clients.

6.Monitoring and follow up of actual client activation ratio, per client revenue versus budgeted target of

7.Providing HO level training to all branch managers/staff. Products and processes need to be explained

8.Maintaining monthly events calendar of regions and ensure that regular visits of all product heads is done at the branches. Obtain visit reports and follow up on the issues

9.Providing MIS to regional head for showing the performance of the branches in the region

10.Preparing schedule for monthly review of the branches and assist the regional head in conducting the same

11.Coordinating with support departments in HO such as Risk, Accounts, and Technology etc. for branch related issues
