Retails sales background of any consumable industry like wall putty, adhesives, paints, hardware through a retail channel, secondary sales management, channel management
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1. Achieve sales target
Manage overall sale of the assigned region
2. Receivables & Inventory Management
Manage receivables of the assigned region
Manage Warehouse inventory as per the company norms
Implement the credit policies.
3. Sales Processes
Design and/or deploy schemes in consultation with the product management / Vertical Head
4. Distribution Management
Identify Distribution Gap
Evaluate identified dealers and select the right fit.
Induct and manage the new dealer in initial phase after the appointment.
Periodically review dealer performance and weed out non ? performing dealers.
5. Develop and Nurture Talent
Set KRA?s for the team
Performance review and appraisals
Identify and deploy right human resources & build the talent pool.
Identify training needs.
Ensure cohesiveness within the team
6. Reviews and Reporting
Conduct monthly sales review
Conduct Market Development Co-coordinators (MDC) periodic performance review.
Report monthly sale performance of the region assigned
7. Promotions Management
Signage boards to eligible dealers.
Manage In shop retailers display
