Job Description


Overall responsibility of the branches performance sales, operations, collections and portfolio management.
Driving business volumes and achieving branch disbursement targets.
Supporting the sales channels on the field to help them source good quality files at optimum levels of productivity.
Ability to assess the client risk profile by conducting field visits for cases in loan approval stage and present a proposal to the credit committee members.
Directing and carrying out all sales related activities and initiatives rolled out from time to time.
Efficiently managing the existing portfolio, ensuring excellent customer service and timely loan repayments with zero delinquency.
Thorough understanding of documents required at different stages of loan approval process.
Responsible for setting up the branch processes and adherence as per organization.
