New client acquisition through DSAs to increase sales of our products i.e. SME Working Capital Loan & SME Mortgage Loan,(Loan against Property).
Empanelment of new DSAs for ensuring regular flow of deals
* Maintain Client and channel relationships as per defined benchmark and ensure implementation of Sales Management Process.
* To manage cross sell of third party products to the clients sourced by him.
* To minimize early delinquencies by being in constant touch with the customer/channels post loan disbursal and work towards resolving all their queries.
* Ensure that the documents required before the disbursement of the loan are complete and all the customer/ potential customer queries are resolved.
* Post the disbursement of the loan it has to be ensured that all the documents required by the organization are collected as per the TAT.
