* Responsible for generating Sales Volume by managing Relationship Manager team for Direct Channel.
* Managing new acquisition through channels and/or direct team for SME & LAP while mainting distribution & product mix.
* To manage cross-sell and top- up sales to eligible clients.
* To generate sales volume as per annual plan while managing weighted IRR and net fee income as per plan.
* To ensure effective client retention by maintaining client relationships as per defined client coverage benchmark.
* To ensure early bucket delinquency management for his/her team.
* Post the disbursement of the loan it has to be ensured that all the documents required by the organization are collected as per the TAT.
