Job Description

Profile -BE Mechanical, around 6-10 years experience in selling Industrial products with a focus on OEM customers and industry vertical like Cement, Sugar, Steel,Fertilizers, Power etc

1) Territory Mapping, Making proper travel plan, Prospecting, RFQ Generation, Offer follow up
2) Making clearly defined Monthly Order generation plan based on pending RFQ status

3) Successful Closure of Orders as per the monthly plan with clearly defined Commercial terms in line with Company's policies

4) Smooth Order execution as per order terms in coordination with HO back office team

5) Post sales follow up in ensuring timely collection of Payments & C forms

6) Developing New Markets/New product development/New applications

7) Establish a close working relationship with customers ensuring 100% Customer satisfaction leading to increased business from them

8) Attend all the QC complaints immediately and arrange to resolve the same in coordination with HO QC within a specified time frame

9) Obtaining regular feedback from the market on Competitors activities and updating management of the same

10) General adherence to company's systems ensuring timely submission of reports & bills. Strict adherence to company's HR policies and maintaining a good work ethic.
