Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling Mortgages & Housing Loans Products for entire Gujarat & will be based out in Ahmedabad
Handling areas like Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Vapi, Rajkot etc..
Handling team of BSM's
Co-ordination between Channels and Credit Team.
Created Referral channel for Mortgage which mainly consisted of Brokers, Real Estate Agents
Setting targets for DST & Channels, Training, Billing,
Independent Management Control of all channel partners
Covering sales, Marketing within budgeted parameters for cost of acquisition.
Actively engaged in Credit, Collections & Operations
Responsible for meeting deadlines and targets on time
