Job Description

(Handle the Districts Pune, Ahmednagar & Solapur)

The Position will have overall Profit & Loss responsibility for the Asset Financing Business in the assigned Area of Operation.
To Identify & develop New Channels of Business
Developing the organization in the assigned Region. Devising and implementing new strategies for development of the rural enterprise financing business in the assigned region.
To ensure Cluster / Branch Managers tap current vehicle & other asset financing market Potential and Develop new Horizons of Business.
Ensuring maximum utilization of cross sell opportunities with existing Semi Urban &Rural Customer base
Driving the business to generate the desired business in the area/territory assigned.
Ensure achievement of targets for business, collections, productivity and profitability for the region.
Devising and implementing marketing, sales, & customer relationship activities for state/location to ensure the strategic business growth.
Ensuring proper reporting, MIS, forecasting and budgeting for the region. Ensuring service standards as per guidelines laid down in Standard Operating Processes
Liasoning with all support functions and service departments within to ensure smooth operations at the regional level
