Job Description

We are currently hiring an Area Sales Manager for a world renowned brand that has been in existence for more than 100 years and is known for being the most innovative company worldwide with an average of 3000 patents being filed each year.

Key Responsibilities :-

A) Sales & Key Account Management -

- End to end channel & client relationship and account management.
- Achieve targeted sales volumes and value for assigned territory.
- Develop new accounts, new channel for market expansion.
- Resolve all customer queries on product quality/technical specifications, production, supplies and pricing.

B) Handling Distributors -

- Managing multiple distributors location wise.
- Ensuring sufficient stock is maintained by the distributor to cater to the end customer.
- Ensuring secondary sales of the products from the distributor.

C) Handling Traders & Sub dealers -

- Maintaining regular touch with traders & sub dealers for movements of products.
- Aligning them with proper channel partners and ensuring good profits and technical back up.

Key Prerequisites :

- Experience at managing people from Top management to shop floor.

- Industrial sales / Industrial safety experience is mandatory.

- Capable of making product demos and presentations at every level.

- Knowledge of call and account planning for large key accounts.
