Age Less than 35 years

Continuous Education till Graduation with minimum 50% across the academics.

Minimum 5 7 years of Experience in Sales

Experience in Bath Fitting Products / Sanitary is must

Must have a Team Handling Experience

Summary: Driving and building strength for Bath Division in defined geography with team by creating, nurturing & managing dealer and

distributor networks through focus on products, services and stakeholders comprising builders, architects, contractors, plumbers and end consumers,

thereby achieving overall business objectives

Business objectives

Planning the business objectives for a cluster of territories, defined as one state unit, and working with a team of sales and service executives for

achievement of the same

Ensuring that the payments and collections in the assigned area are done as per set benchmarks and facilitating sales executives in taking sales decisions

basis that

Ensuring that all the concerns of consumers are being resolved empathetically by the team through necessary course of action within the benchmark


Market Development & Intelligence

Exploring and facilitating various options such as distributor/dealer openings, tier changes etc. to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the

assigned market

Effective unit level implementation of various promotional schemes run by the organization for different stakeholders like distributors, dealers and


Conceptualizing and running various initiatives specifically for focus on and achievement of growth category/focus products targets

Being informed of and analyzing the initiatives and schemes run by our competitors for various stakeholders like distributors, dealers and contractors

Dealer/Distributor management

Conducting discussions with distributors/dealers w.r.t various targets, avenues of business development and overall achievement of sales objectives

Ensuring the resolution of distributor/dealer queries and issues by the team and supporting the team wherever needed for proper business conduct


Candidate should be less than 35 years of age

Should be a graduate from non-engineering background with 50% and above across academic levels

MBA would be preferred

Minimum 5 years Experience in Bath Fitting Sales Profile
