Job Description

Supervising DST and DSA team at Mumbai

Monitoring Branches and setting targets for them

Handling loan against property, branches and open market both

Develop & Manage DSA Network for mortgage loans in Mumbai region
Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager

Providing training to the channel partners (DSA) for updating the policy changes and to keep them motivated

Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management

Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets

Monitor and Manages territory performance and P&L

Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing

Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds

Understand competitor Bank products and Services
