In coordination with RM, forecast the key deliverables across the different product segments for the territory.
Strive for meeting up the various set territorial business targets - CSI, sales volumes (primary/secondary), market share.
Plan and implement effective sales promotional activities (exchange/Loan Mela/seasonal package/others) in coordination with RM for generating more volumes in the territory.
Assure the effective inquiry monitoring, in coordination with dealer and his sales staff, to track the prospect buyers and enhance the conversion rates.
Assure the profitable tie ups with the financial institutions to meet up the numbers.
Ensure the timely completion of billing process by timely collection of payment from the dealers and effective coordination with commercial officer in tracking the defaulters.
Identify the institutions in the territory, in coordination with dealers, for generating the revenue through the institution sales as per the company standards.
