The position has regional responsibility for increasing sales, profitability and market share for the retail channel and retail stores.
Should have experience in managing operations of large number of stores - company owned & franchisee retail stores.
The incumbent will support the strategy in defining growth and building competency in the retail business. S/he shall have the responsibility of Implementation of Retail identity, Retail systems operations.
S/he shall also do Competency building for the retail channels.
S/he will assess the market size & share, sales potential and create effective channels for retailing through exclusive stores (Company & Franchisee)
S/he will support retail outfits within the region with merchandising, product range and counter staff training.
The incumbent will also be responsible to build relationships with malls and superstores and ensure capitalization of emerging retail opportunity.
