  • Handling a team of Sales professionals catering the Areas of entire Mumbai.
  • Controlling the penetration and acquisition of Finance for the company in various retail channels and through branches.
  • Maintaining and Developing relationship with existing dealers
  • Maintaining and enhancing relationship with existing and new brokers and DSA's
  • Develop new sourcing streams by adding new distribution channels.
  • Creating new DSA's for the product to enhance market reach and to increase product sell.
  • Maintaining and Developing relationship with Branch managers.
  • Maximization, use of Networks, Spread, New Dealer enhancement .
  • Achieving targeted volumes through Sales Professionals.
  • Training and development of Sales Professionals.
  • Designing of Price/Product /Promotion /Rate files
  • Tie ups with manufacturers for schemes and promotions.
  • Maintaining Profitability and Rate of the company
