The primary responsibility of the Area Manager is to orchestrate and be responsible for business development and growth of the company by adding new customers & achieving given targets by the company.
1. Responsible for planning / strateging / monitoring operations to drive the targeted Business nos 2. To ensure profitability of the region
3. To Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction
4. Ensure the team does daily follow up and closure of the leads assigned by the Call center
5. Reviews and analyze sales reports and understand progress and requirements of the team
6.Ensure timely updates on progression of the team under PEP.
7.Ensure support from BLM/BM on OJT to all new recruits of the team and identify training needs to existing team members 8.Ensure all FDM/Sr FDM units are 100% registered on maximizer and monitor the usage of maximizer by the field . 9.Ensure all mandatory activities related to rule & regulations of the company are always complied
10. Ensure all the Business Manager Units are IC-33 Exam certified
