Purpose of role:
The purpose of the role is to ensure sales and manage relationship with our Key customers and key OEMs. Maintain and grow volume and value share. To take an active role in promoting Companys brand with both customers & consumers. Executing activation and marketing activities
Prospecting and acquisition and preparing product and service offers for the Key Accounts. Ensuring product and service delivery as per agreements with the customers. Maintaining and monitoring key metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction. Tracking competitors and developing in-depth market intelligence and suggesting action plans. Coordinating with cross functions like supply chain and finance.
Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role:
Ensure complete adherence to safety and risk management in road safety and at work
To achieve profitable and sustainable revenue growth by aggressive account acquisition and retention of workshops both in the FW and IWS space.
Deliver in year targets on Gross Margin, Volume, GMPL and New Account Addition both in PS and FW
Manage and help build Enduring Relationships with key stakeholders ofOEM and Key Accounts.
Ensure process compliance and embed Ways of working for the business in the territory.
Execute key marketing programmes to help build companys brand with customers and consumers.
Proactively track competitor activities to ensure that the company remains ahead of the pack.
Experience & Expertise (mandatory & desired) :
Essential Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree. an Engineering/Technology in Mechanical / Automobile/chemical/ Production/ Electrical is desirable
Essential Experience and Expertise: Experience of 3-12 years in handling B2B customers will be required. Candidates with deep understanding of Key account and B2B business preferred
Fluency in English and one regional language essential.
Should be able to drive a four wheeler on work. Job involves 15 20 days of travel outside base location. Needs to possess a valid four wheeler driving license.
