Job Description


Should have good experience in Retail/Telecom Industry. Lead the Operations of a Area Business Development * Responsible for the Top and Bottom line achievement. * Reviews the performance of every cluster and Cluster Managers. * Finalizes locations and properties for upcoming salons. * Reviews Quality Audit Scores of the Clusters. * Identifies screens and finalizes Franchise partners and develops rapport. * Plans and Implements Strategies to improve Customer Retention and Sales Customer Handling * Ensures that Customer Care Centers are pro active. * Enables Electronic media to enhance the customer service. * Prepares and presents the Customer Care Analysis report. Marketing & Promotions * Partners with external bodies for BTL tie ups at Area level * Observes and analysis the marketing strategy of competitors to bring in unique concepts. * Coordinates with Marketing in designing the collaterals and marketing materials. Management Information System (MIS) * Prepares and sends daily, weekly, monthly sales reports. * Does competitor sales (Value and Volume) analysis. * Prepares Monthly MIS Reports and presents. HR & Training * Does Manpower Planning and Mass Recruitment for existing and upcoming salons. * Plans and Organises Training Programs to have a pipeline of skilled employees * Appraises Cluster Managers and Reviews Salon Managers on monthly basis. * Identifies Training Needs and Nominates his / her team members for Training Programs * Handles Employee Grievances, Warnings and Show- Cause notices, suspensions and terminations. PEOPLE LEADERSHIP: 10 to 15 Employees (Cluster Managers and Cluster Trainers) will report directly to this role. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

REQUIRED: 3 Years Diploma / Degree with 7+ yrs experience, inclusive of 4+ yrs in operations / Retail / Salon / Restaurants.
