Warehouse ManagementTransportation ManagementVendor Scouting & DevelopmentStatutory & EHS - Compliances & AuditsStock controlProblem SolvingResolving Branch/HO logistics related issues on Shortages, damages, TIT.Resolving issues relating loading and unloadingResolving operational issues impeding Turn-Around Time & Efficiency of operationsDeciding the Layout of WSPs (Which do not have WMS implemented)Finding temporary / Permanent solution for space constraint related issuesPrincipal AccountabilitiesDiscretion with respect to Underutilization Check underutilization of daily plan of K3 shipment & does necessary action Revise FDOS or Club shipments through BMs approvalFirst filtering point w.r.t to vendor selection e.g. transportersAnalysis of stock pipeline & control Reports to BM & Concerned Asst managersWSP Staff training on Operations, Systems & Processes Supervisors & clerks in areas of WMS, SAP, SOPsEnsures adherence to SOPs on statutory & EHS compliancesRoute Analysis & Modification recommends changes like splitting/combining routes to service WDs for K3Managing ResourcesRLM Daily execution of K2, K3, Stock discrepancy, IRAInterface with FS in the Branch to release paymentsCo-ordination with the WDs On-time unloadingWSP management Payments, daily execution, stock managementLiaisons with the Factory resources (Stock movement, Re-packaging)Team WorkWork with BM, HO, and Logistics Executives to ensure smooth flow of operations in the Warehouses.Aids the internal team during Audits & InspectionsGives inputs to the RLM on enhancing & improving systems & processes Such as route analysis & changes in SAP, initiation for recommendation layout changes WMS.Other SpecificationsLocation Kolkata (But transferable to any location pan-India)CTC: Best in the industry and Depending on the relevant work experience (FMCG) & qualityShould be an MBA or higher degree SCM/Logistics from a good instituteShould have 5-6 yrs relavant experience in Logistics, Transportation and warehousing In a reputed multi brand, multi SKU, FMCG company.
