The incumbent shall be leading, Planning and implementing the business Strategy, marketing operations of the Branch and responsible for P&L.
The primary responsibilities would include market analysis, generating leads, setting revenue targets and devising strategies to achieve them at a branch level.
The job would involve Organizing Customer Interaction Program , meeting with Architects , Builders , PMCs .
Handling overall Sales & service operations and maintaining a proper inventory of spare for smooth execution of service operation.
Monitor, track and report project progress and co-ordinate with internal company departments to achieve successful project completion.
Monthly projection of jobs, onsite inspection, coordinating with quality department and service departments.
Monitor and ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, quality plan, cost plan and safety standards
Leading & monitoring the performance of the Team members
Identifying & implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.
