Determine initial oil and gas ownership and ongoing maintenance based on title analysis of deeds/assignments, leases and royalty agreements, title opinions, pooling declarations etc. for BP operated and non-operated properties.
Input all ownership information into SAP and file source documentation in document management system.
Process all transfer documents and ownership changes from interest owners in order to maintain a correct division of interest and update system accordingly.
Maintain and correct divisions of interests for payouts and recompletions.
Act as a liaison to Accounting, Marketing, Land Negotiations and Operations.
Respond to interest owner inquiries representing the company with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
Ensure adherence to control environment.
Provide support to business development/M&A activities and provide audit support as needed.
