SAP CRM consultant will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of the CRM solution, in the committed schedule within the given scope.
Roles and responsibilities may include:
* Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project evaluations with proposed solutions, as well as create business blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, user manuals and conduct end-user training.
* Define and architect the design for CRM solutions.
* Should have worked in 2 end-to-end implementations.
