8 Years to 12 Years of relevant experience in E-Commerce Acquisition


The E-commerce Acquisitions Manager has the important role to work on strategy development, implementation and measurement to make sure that web traffic reaching the site is optimally utilized and converted to buyers.
This includes a deep analysis and profiling of the customers, and creating merchandise offerings & On-site promotions that lead to conversion.
He/ She coordinates with product, pricing, promotions & content teams to ensure a constant flow of new customers on the site.

This is a role that will handle B2C traffic


On-Site Customer Acquisitions.
Product selection, placement and messaging of product offerings.
Merchandise strategy & planning, Merchandise calendar, Site Merchandising
Customer lifecycle Analysis & Segmentation.
Reporting and analysis with actionable business insights.
Team management, Cross team coordination.
